Operations / Support
My company is a time and information-critical business. How accurate is the information displayed on CCNhub?

CCNhub is linked directly to carrier systems via the Internet, and all critical information is retrieved directly from the carrier systems as a result. At the time of request, the information is the most accurate available.

Is CCNhub able to handle responses in volume from multiple carriers at one go? What if one response from a carrier is much slower than the others?

Yes, CCNhub is designed to handle and reflect multiple responses from the carriers at one go. It is one of the key user pre-requisites to help users better manage their day-to-day volume/transactions. Inquiries are processed promptly without omissions. Late responses are automatically stored in "Shipment Status Log" and/or "Booking log" for retrieval at a later time.

Who do we turn to for CCNhub information and service support?

Please refer to the respective Country's Helpdesk on the Contacts page for more information.

Is there any orientation/training programme for new CCNhub users?

Yes, agents/carriers are welcome to send their staff for training/orientation, which takes a full day. Please call the respective country's Helpdesk for more information and arrangements.
