Appointed agents of Kenya Air adopt CCNhub in India

INDIA – CCN strives to simplify business processes, increase efficiency and data accuracy, and reduce operating costs for customers through their many solutions. CCNhub is no exception. It is a one-stop portal that enables forwarders to book with airlines, send FWBs and FHLs, receive real-time FSUs for their shipments and track shipments.

It is also a portal that enables EDI between airline systems, enabling CCNhub to be an additional sales and communication channel for airlines while increasing efficiency, data accuracy and service level to freight forwarders. EDI through CCN also enables airlines and agents to be e-freight ready.

With these benefits in mind, Kenya Air has started encouraging their agents in India to use CCNhub. A group of their agents are currently now using CCNhub.

“CCN has enabled Kenya Airways to make headway in achieving its E-Freight initiative, beginning with Nairobi and slowly gaining momentum across our network. Kenya Airways India launched the E-Freight initiative to agents on 15 Feb 2016 and our aim is to have 50% of agents e-freight ready by the end of the current financial year and close to 80% by the end of 2016. It has been a smooth partnership in India and we at Kenya Airways fully appreciate the support extended by the CCN team.” Mr.Bradley Dlima, Cargo Sales Manager, India, Kenya Airways.
