Kenya Airways Partners Cargo Community Network for CCS Messaging and Cargo2000

 

 

Kenya Airways has appointed Cargo Community Network (CCN) as their global Cargo Community Service (CCS) gateway and Cargo2000 solutions provider. CCN will be the IT solutions provider for Kenya Airways’ e-campaign which includes the implementation of a series of e-commerce services for their forwarders as well as Cargo2000 (C2K) certification.

 

The CCS service via CCNhub portal, is a one-stop service offering forwarders a comprehensive range of services such e-allotment and free sales bookings, e-flight schedules, online track and
trace to stay connected with Kenya Airways globally. Kenya Airways will utilize CCN’s C2K solution to comply with C2K’s Common Data Management Platform (CDMP) stringent requirements in their bid to obtain C2K certification.

 

Kenya Airways will also embark on IATA MIP with CCN to improve the quality of electronic data message exchange between the Airline and their customers. “We are enhancing our customers’ experience when they choose to ship on us as they can now connect to us 24x7 through the implementation of e-services. Our decision to participate in Cargo2000 is an assurance to our cargo customers that they will receive the best service with Kenya Airways.
